Services

Four services. One scope, one team, one invoice.

Take one, or combine them. Each engagement is set out in writing before work starts.

01 · Engineering

Software engineering

Web platforms, internal tools and integrations, engineered to be maintained, not just launched.

We build in small, reviewable releases with automated tests from the first week. Code lives in repositories you own, and every handover includes the documentation a new team would need.

What this includes

  • Web applications and customer portals
  • Internal tools and operational dashboards
  • APIs and integrations with existing systems
  • Automated testing and release pipelines
  • Source code, documentation and handover

02 · Infrastructure

Cloud & infrastructure

Set-up and operation of the infrastructure your software runs on, with cost and access under control.

Environments are defined as code, so they can be rebuilt and audited. Accounts are opened in your name; we work in them with the least access the job requires.

What this includes

  • Cloud account structure, networking and access control
  • Infrastructure as code and environment set-up
  • Monitoring, alerting and backups
  • Cost reviews and right-sizing
  • Incident runbooks and support by agreement

03 · Supply

Technology trade

B2B supply of computer hardware, networking equipment and components, sourced to specification.

We quote against the requirement, not just a part number: what the software needs, where it will run, and what the warranty must cover. Every order is documented from quotation to delivery.

What this includes

  • Sourcing through manufacturers and established distributors
  • Quotations with lead times and warranty terms
  • Purchase orders, commercial invoices and certificates of origin
  • Orders checked for export-control and sanctions restrictions
  • Consolidated orders across sites

04 · Logistics

Logistics coordination

Freight, customs paperwork and delivery, arranged with licensed partners and tracked to the door.

We choose the carrier and forwarder for each shipment, prepare documents with a licensed customs broker, and agree the Incoterms up front so cost and risk are clear. We coordinate; licensed partners carry and clear.

What this includes

  • Carrier and freight-forwarder selection per shipment
  • Customs documentation with licensed brokers
  • Incoterms agreed in advance; cargo insurance through the carrier or forwarder
  • Tracking and proof of delivery
  • Shipping records kept as Canadian tax law requires

Orvion coordinates logistics. Freight is carried by licensed carriers and customs clearance is performed by licensed customs brokers.

How an engagement runs, step by step

Tell us what you need built, or what needs to arrive.

A few lines are enough to start. If it is a poor fit for us, we will say so on the first reply.

What happens after you write

  1. 1

A reply within two business days

From a person, with any questions we need answered first.

  2. 2

    A short call

Thirty minutes to understand the brief, the constraints and who decides.

  3. 3

    A written proposal

Scope, milestones, price and terms. You keep it whatever you decide.
